Sessions are run for 4 hours over a 3 week period or can be modified for a mutually convenient schedule for you and the instructor.
You will receive, teaching from a qualified midwife/hypnobirth instructor, a hypnobirthing manual, learning in a supportive environment, whatsapp community group, phone support if needed up to/during birth.
