Sessions are run for 4 hours over a 3 week period or times can vary to suit you and the instructor in the privacy of your own home.
You will receive, teaching from a qualified midwife/hypnobirth instructor, a hypnobirthing manual, a goody bag, a supportive learning environment, whatsapp community group, phone support if needed up to/during birth.
I visit families within a 15 mile radius of Bacup.
